Difference Between ON Delay and OFF Delay Timer

Answer:

An ON delay timer starts its timing function when it receives an input signal, and it only activates its output after the preset time has elapsed.

In contrast, an OFF delay timer activates its output immediately when it receives an input signal but keeps the output active for a preset time after the input signal has ceased.

Essentially, ON delay timers introduce a delay before the output becomes active, while OFF delay timers introduce a delay before the output deactivates.
